Project Description.
Ductile Consulting Engineers provided; structural and mechanical condition assessments of Liverpool Plains Shire Councils swimming pool facilities at Quirindi and Werris Creek.
Our structural and mechanical inspectors undertook thorough inspections of the facilities and prepared condition assessment reports. From these reports, we developed:
- Options assessment report for repairs; and
- Scope of work documents for concrete repairs.
The facilities were in varying condition – with some components requiring replacement, and other components being in good condition. Ductile Consulting Engineers assessment provided a priority list of works to enable expenditure to be managed and spread over a number of years.
